We may be homebound but we are still busy…

A little note for those who think I have slowed down. Ha! No chance.

I am still teaching my three classes a week and seeing people individually, all on line. It is actually fun. I am connecting with people who would not have been able to come to me and I am learning, learning, learning. Who would have thought.

I have some news for you. While working and learning, I have been part of the committee for the Feldenkrais Guild of North America’s annual conference. Talk about learning. We usually have our conferences in person and it is a time to learn and celebrate with our colleagues. This year has been challenging but we have put together a marvelous 3 day program full of fun and interesting speakers. Most of the workshops are open to the public. I think you might be able to find some that interest you.

September 11-13, 2020 Feldenkrais of North America Annual Conference

There will be so much wisdom shared at this conference, from the keynote by Rollin McCraty, PhD, Director of Research at the Heart Math Institute, to Motie Nativ, former colonel of the Israeli Defense Forces. He will be speaking on how Moshe Feldenkrais developed his method and the ties to Judo, “Moshe’s own Jiu-Jitsu, the First Feldenkrais Method.” Another favorite of mine is Kate Conroy and Marty Correia leading us in “Awareness Through Memoir.” These are just highlights. There are many more that may be your favorites.

All paid registrants will receive all workshops as a download. We can only attend a limited number in a day, but, all of them are yours, forever.

I am looking forward to these three days. I hope you will share them with me.

Feel free to share this newsletter with your friends.

Best,
Beth
